The Aurora Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the results of our Focus Group sessions, directed at retail members, held in February 2011. Our goal was to explore the challenges and gather input from our retail members so that we might provide additional or improved services to support their success.

A total of seventeen Aurora Chamber member retailers participated, and excellent feedback was provided to our facilitator, Marion Howell of the Iris Group. The sessions were structured around four questions put to all participants, and discussed in a round table format.
